A: Warm soap water works fine, but you can buy special stone cleaner.

Q: If I have my own faucet, how much do you charge to install it?
A: If we install faucet only, it is $100 charge only. But, if we have to install plumbing as well, it's an additional $100.

A: When quoted a price it includes HAND fabrication and installation.
Q: How long will it take?
A: Turn around time generally takes 3 to 9 days depending on how large the project is.
Q:How much is an estimate?
A: Free! You are at no obligation to use our services once you receive it. But if you do, we come to you for all things related to your project.
Q: Can I bring my own material?
A: Yes, you can bring your own material to Custom Stone for fabrication.
Q: Does Custom Stone sell granite?
A: Yes, we have over 100+ slabs onsite on any given day.
Q: Can Custom Stone special order granite for me?
A: Yes, we can.
Q: How much will edging cost?
A: Over 95% of edging done with us is FREE!
Q: I have a undermount sink will that cost extra?
A: No, with us all undermount sink installation and fabrication is FREE!
Q: What are major differences with Granite, Quartz, and Marble?
A: Marble is a little weaker and stains. Perfect for bathrooms. Granite is stable and heat resistant to a certain point. Perfect for kitchens. Quartz is very sturdy, but cracks with hot pots and pan. Perfect for outside.
Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes! We are currently covered by marina ( USL& H), Workers Comp, and General Liability. If there is a special kind of coverage that is required for your job, we might pick it up.
Q: What type of payments does Custom Stone accept?
A: We accept Cash, Check, and Major Credit Cards.

Q: Do I need to put a deposit?
A: Yes, 50% of payment is due before we begin your project.
Q: When will the other 50% be due?
